DREAM RECORDS | DREAM LABEL GROUP was founded by David Hanley in 2008, lead singer of PRESS PLAY. David Hanley (President) and wife Gina Hanley, have one very focused purpose and passion… and that is to see lives changed. David Hanley is also a former 20 year full time Worship Leader and Worship Pastor. David’s passion and experience in the worship arena has allowed him to thread a worship culture throughout all Label Divisions of Dream Label Group. David’s primary goal is to create a culture of humble, serving and God-honoring Music Missionaries. His relentless focus is exactly as his book title states, Worship 23.5 Hours a day; it’s not the 30 minutes on stage that matters but what you do with the rest of your life.

Lance Brown (General Manager & Partner) of Dream Label Group, is the God-given genius behind DREAM’s influence and success. Lance is one of our industry’s leading minds and together this team puts all trust in God. Lance’s wife Roxanne, works for DREAM as well as the Social Media Manager. They are such a powerful couple for the Kingdom.

Regardless of the genre, DREAM feels that their job is to fan the flame of the fire that is authentically burning from the artist’s heart. DREAM unashamedly admits that they are not the label or distribution partner to create the fire that doesn’t exist. DREAM is the passionate ministry-partner who proclaims and shouts about the fire that is ablaze within their artists.

DREAM is a Christian company in business to reach the lost. DREAM doesn’t see the lines between the Christian and Mainstream music industry but instead, wholeheartedly and proudly acknowledges that each of us are using God given talents… so let’s use them for reaching the people.
