Welcome to DREAM

1. Our History

DREAM was founded with a mission to empower artists and provide a supportive, transparent home for musical talent. Over the years, we have grown into a multi-faceted music company dedicated to helping artists develop their sound, build engaged fanbases, and maintain sustainable careers.

2. What We Offer

We provide comprehensive, end-to-end artist services designed to maximize your reach and success:

  • Marketing & Social Media Coaching: Hands-on guidance to build and optimize your social media presence, connect with fans, and develop your personal brand.

  • Radio Promotion: Targeted radio campaigns for tracks with strong commercial potential.

  • PR & Press Campaigns: Press releases issued for every release, alongside dedicated outreach for interviews, track reviews, and media coverage.

  • Publishing Deals: Opportunities to secure publishing representation and maximize your sync and performance royalties.

3. What Makes Us Different

  • Monthly Royalty Payouts: While most labels pay artists quarterly, we pay our artists once a month so you get access to your earnings faster.

  • In-House Execution (Protecting Your Royalties): Traditional labels often outsource work and recoup those high third-party costs directly from your future royalties. At DREAM, the vast majority of our work is handled internally by our dedicated staff. By keeping operations in-house, we eliminate unnecessary overhead and keep more money in your pocket.

  • Transparent, Strategic Spending: When we do spend external capital, we focus strictly on high-impact tools that directly benefit your release, such as:

    • Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram targeted advertising)

    • Curated Playlisting Support (Groover, SubmitHub, plus our direct curator network)

    • Play MPE (Direct industry distribution to key radio programmers and tastemakers)

4. Direct Music Distribution

We own and operate our own music distribution network. This gives us direct relationships with all major Digital Service Providers (DSPs)—including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, and more—ensuring your music receives seamless delivery and priority support.

5. Next Steps

  1. Deal Memo: We’ll send over a simple 10–15 point outline summarizing the proposed terms. This serves as our initial jumping-off point to ensure we are aligned in vision and goals.

  2. Follow-Up Discussion: We’ll meet to review the memo together, address any questions, and fine-tune the agreement.

  3. Long-Form Contract: Once all parties are aligned, we generate the final long-form agreement for signature.

6. Flexible Deals Tailored to You

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all contracts. After every artist call, our team meets internally to design a partnership tailored to your specific goals and scope:

  • Short-Term / Project Deals: Flexible commitments starting as low as a 5-song deal.

  • Multi-Album Partnerships: Extended agreements (e.g., 3 albums) designed for long-term growth and larger campaigns.

Note on Radio Campaigns: For projects targeting radio, we typically build longer-term partnerships. Successful radio campaigns require time, pre-release momentum, streaming data, and testing several releases to find what resonates best with your audience.
